Settings hub

The starting point for agency-wide settings — a card for each settings page you can manage, plus your plan and how much of it you are using.

Settings is where your agency's configuration lives. Open it from the sidebar under Organization → Settings. Everything reached from here is agency-wide: a change affects everyone in the agency, not just you.

Your own preferences — profile, password, two-factor authentication, light or dark theme — are not here. They live in Account settings, which the hub links to from its first line.

The hub itself changes nothing. Each card opens a page that saves on its own, and every one of those pages has a Settings link at the top to bring you back here.

Who sees the hub

The sidebar item and the page appear for anyone who holds at least one of the three permissions listed at the top of this article. Anyone else who opens the address is sent to the dashboard.

That is navigation, not protection. The data behind every settings page is guarded by the database, which refuses a change from anyone who lacks the matching permission, whatever the screen shows.

The cards

You see only the cards your permissions cover. Someone who holds Manage branding and nothing else sees a single card.

The Recognition card opens Settings → Recognition (opens the admin console).

Billing also has its own sidebar item, Organization → Billing, for holders of Manage billing — it opens the same page as the card.

Plan & usage

Below the cards, holders of Manage settings or Manage billing see a Plan & usage card. Someone who holds only Manage branding does not.

The heading names the plan your agency is on. If ROK has sponsored a plan for your agency, the heading shows whichever is higher — the sponsored plan or the one you pay for — and a Sponsored badge appears beside it.

LineShows
Content itemsHow many content items your agency holds, in every status, against the plan's content cap
Media storageThe files stored under your agency, in MB, against the plan's storage cap (the same figure the cap counts)
Seat limitThe plan's member cap, when it has one. How many seats are in use is shown on Billing

A bar under each line fills as you approach the cap and changes colour at 90%. A cap shown as unlimited has no bar.

These are the caps the database actually enforces — at a cap, the next invitation, new item or upload is refused, and nothing you already have is removed. While a subscription is paused the heading keeps the paid plan's name, but the caps shown are the Free plan's. The full rules are in Billing.

The button

Holders of Manage billing get one button at the foot of the card. It reads Upgrade plan when the agency has neither a subscription nor a sponsored plan, and Manage plan & billing otherwise. Both open the Billing page.

Everyone else sees "Ask a billing manager to change the plan." instead.
