How to
Manage offline storage
See what ROK is keeping on your phone, free up space, and stop large downloads eating your mobile data.
Everything you can read offline is stored on your device. Most of it is small; downloaded video and audio are not. Settings → Offline storage & downloads is where you see and control it.

What the numbers mean
- Downloaded media — the space taken by files downloaded with Make available offline.
- Free on device — what your phone has left, so you can judge before downloading a big guide.
- Offline guide packs — each downloaded guide with its size and number of files, newest first. A guide whose download stopped part-way reads "Incomplete — open the guide to resume".
Free up space
Tap the bin beside a guide to remove its download. That deletes its media; the guide itself, its text and its checklists stay exactly where they were. If a file is shared with another guide you've downloaded, it's kept — so removing one guide never breaks another.
Clear all cached files removes every downloaded and cached file for your agency at once, after you confirm. Use it when you're short on space and heading somewhere with signal.
Wi-Fi only
Download over Wi-Fi only is off until you switch it on. With it on, a guide download waits for Wi-Fi instead of using mobile data — the guide tells you if it is waiting. It applies to downloading whole guides; a single video you play or save from its own screen still uses whatever connection you have.
What you can't remove
Text, checklists, quizzes and your own progress aren't part of downloads and can't be cleared here. They're small, and they're the part that has to be there in a black spot.
Signing out does not remove anything from the phone: your agency's content and downloads stay until you clear them here.
