What counts as a member?: Anyone with an active account in your agency — operators reading on the app and staff in the console alike. Suspended or removed members free their seat immediately.
What happens when we hit a limit?: Nothing breaks. New invitations and access codes stop admitting people at the member cap, and new items cannot be created at the content cap; everything already published keeps working. The Free plan allows 10 members and 100 items; upgrading lifts the caps within a minute.
Is there a trial?: Free is the trial. It has no time limit and no card. Upgrade from Settings → Billing in the console when you need more seats.
How is GST handled?: Prices are in AUD and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian agencies and shown on every invoice; enter your ABN at checkout and it is printed on the invoice.
Can we pay annually or by invoice?: Team is billed monthly or annually by card (annual saves two months). Enterprise agreements can be invoiced on your procurement terms — talk to us.
Is the operator app charged per device?: No. The mobile reader is free for every member of your agency; the plan is per agency.
